Mail Carrier Bitten by Dog
Wear all blue. Make a mailbag (or use an old book bag), with fake letters hanging out. Rip a hole in the seat of your pants (wear boxers underneath) and attach a stuffed dog.
Starving Artist
Wear a smock, beret, and carry a pallet of paints. Spatter yourself with paints. Carry a sign that says "Will paint for food."

Head on a Platter
Take a round piece of sturdy cardboard, and cut out a hole for your head. Cover it with a tablecloth that also has a hole for your head. Then glue down plates, candlesticks, forks knives and napkins. Create a platter made of thin cardboard painted silver with a hole in the middle and a slit cut from the hole in the middle to one the edge of side. Slip it around your neck so it looks like your head is on a platter. When you stand up, the tablecloth will fall around you and cover your torso. When you sit down, your body will disappear and you will look like a dinner table setting with a head on a platter
Pig in a Blanket
Dress in a pig costume (pink body suit, nose, ears, etc.), and then wrap yourself in a blanket.
Leprechaun
Wear an orange wig and dress all in green with striped socks. Spray paint a small bucket gold, and glue gold candy coins around the edge. An added touch is to attach a rainbow to your head made out of felt and pipe cleaners, to prove there really is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Attach two strainers to a hat or mask to create "fly eyes." Attach fly wings to a black shirt and wear black pants. Carry around a liquor bottle/shot glass/beer and pass out bad pick up lines, "Do you come here often?" "What's your sign?" etc.
