Tragedy Ann and Andy
Dress in Raggedy Ann and Andy costumes. Then add bandages, bruises, an arm in a sling, ripped clothes, missing shoe, etc.
Kodak Moment
Make a large frame out of cardboard and paint it brown for a wood effect. Strike memorable poses throughout the evening. Works well when others want to get into the picture during the party for other interesting photo opportunities.
Pencil and Eraser
Shorter person dresses up in all pink. Use a black marker to copy the logo from an eraser onto your chest. Taller person dresses in yellow with a pink hat. Use a black marker to write "#2" and a pencil logo on your chest.
Neo and Trinity from "The Matrix"
He wears a long overcoat and both wear black leather outfits, sunglasses, and slicked-back hair. If you want a little spice to the costume, add in some toy weapons.

Cannibal and His Dinner
Buy an extra large black plastic cauldron, cut a hole in the bottom and a slit in the back so you can slip it around your waist. Attach leaves and twigs to hide your legs, and dress in safari clothes. The other person dresses like a cannibal (loin cloth, fake bone through nose, face paint, etc.)
Blues Brothers (Jake and Elwood)
Both wear black suits, white shirts, black skinny ties, black fedora hats, white socks, black shoes, and sunglasses. Wear a cigarette above your ear and carry a slice of white bread.
Fred and Daphne from Scooby Doo
He wears a blue-collar shirt, white sweater with a brightly colored tie, and light blue jeans. She wears a navy dress with white trim around the cuffs and bottom, green headband and khaki-colored pumps.
Babies
Dress as babies complete with pacifiers, diapers, and bottles.

She dresses as a pregnant angel and carries a sign that says "the devil made me do it." He dresses as a devil.

Wear short skirts and long blond wigs (with black hightlights for Nicole). Use lots of fake tan cream. Paris wears pink stiletto heels, and Nicole wear Ugg boots. Both carry stuffed dogs.

The man dresses up like a fish with scratch and bite marks all over him. The woman dresses up like a cat, with fake blood all around her mouth and sharp claws.

Go for the traditional...or switch roles: she dresses up in football uniform and guy dresses up as a cheerleader.

He wears a black wig with ponytail, and a black suite with a white shirt and bolo tie. She wears a black bob wig, white shirt, and black pants. Note: You need to be able to do "the dance."
